when we have dvds? i watch movies 15 20 times and they look crystal clear but on tv when they show a repeat it allways looks like it is losing the color or going dull?

i have cable. i seea show once . its great. a few mths dwn the rd i see it again and its faded . its new stuff too. not just the older stuff

well you may have an antennae which will make it so its not great quality reception thats doing it. or it might not be the reception but the broadcasting of it. if you watch it in high def the colors should be fine. but otherwise thats probably the problem... it also could be the age of the movie technology was not always as good as it is today.

Did you ever hear that they restore movies after so many years like Star Wars and if they didn't you couldn't even view it.
