what can i do to make my graphics card run better frame rates?

I can hver on FEAR at around 30fps on medium settings..................

I have a nVidia 7300gs- 128mb onboard- 512 allocated from RAM
slightly overclocked at 650mhz core, PCI-E 8x (maybe 16x not sure yet).................
.
I have an asus m2n-sli deluxe motherboard........................

2gigs Corsair XMS2 (SLI-ready) RAM, 800mhz.......................

currently running XP pro, have Vista boot disc...................

AMD Athlon 3800+ (single core) 2.45ghz.......................

3Dmark 06 rank- 667...............................

Well other than overclocking it a bit more, there really isn't that much you can do. I would tell you all the normal stuff, close down background tasks, run anti-spyware, and all that stuff, but that is really only going to have a marginal effect at best. The rest of your system is really good, so you really need to invest in a new graphics card. You can get a fairly good one for around $150.
