Does it look better to perspective employers to have an Undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from two?

For employers, no. That only matters in academia, not in the real world. Employers care if you can use your expensive education to do the job they are paying you to do. They don't care where you got it, unless of course you got it from some place prestigious enough to matter.
