midol as a temporary pain reliever
but i do know something that will make it go away for along time if not forever its something that i did cuz i use to get really bad cramps were i couldnt even get up and i was told to boil a cup of water with 4 teaspoons of oregano and have her drink it its goin to taste like **** but its goin to help... seriously

Motrin and a hot water bottle applied to the area should do the trick. If it does not, then she needs to see the Dr., since it may be something more serious. Oh, and keep caring about her the way you seem to be..that helps a lot!

Extra strength midol
Pampering such as a back massage, take her out for dinner.
Buy her some ice cream,watch a movie together.
Also therma care makes heating pads for that specific kind of pain,they work really well.

Try a heating pad for her stomach and midol for her cramps, bloating and fatigue. Also some aspirin w/codeine will take care of most of the pain.

poor thing i know how that is i usually try to take Midol(im sure thats not how its spelled) as soon as i start to even vaguely feel that my cramps are beginning. Umm also when im laying down when i have it i like to lay with something warm like a heating pad on my tummy. and also she should make sure to drink LOTS of water, these are just things that help me, hope they help her too!!!

go to the dr sometimes motrin isnt enough for the pain i had to go get put on medication for mine well when they start i take them mine are so bad its as if im having labor cramps
