Is the Bush administration the most secretive and corrupt administration in US history?

I've lived through 11 administrations and from what I've seen there is no doubt to who is the most corrupt.

Hands down...easily the most corrupt in this modern age!! From all of the scandals that are being found, to the billions of lost money in Iraq, scooter libby, jack abramoff, botched elections, pedophiles, katrina, halliburton...the list goes on and on and still nothing has been done about it...just showing that all politicians need to get a swift kick in the nuts!!!

You should probably read a little bit of history. Warren G. Harding's administration was by far more corrupt than either Clinton or Bush.

Um, gosh, I seem to remember a president who knowingly authorized a burglary so he could win the election? Hmmm...what else. Oh yeah, another president thought he could lie to the entire country and get away with it. And who was that man who killed himself, some government official where there is still questions about if it was suicide or murder? So perhaps we have a murder.

Everything people think Bush is wrong on is actually stuff that most of Congress and/or the international community agreed with Bush on.

This is my 11th also and I couldn't agree with you more.I thought that the Nixon administration was as bad as it could get, but this guy makes Tricky Dicky look like an altar boy.

Think so I'm 78 and never seen so much corruption. Give up voting some time ago seems it don't make any difference who you vote in, they will tell you just what you want to hear to get elected then when they get in do as they please.

It sure seams that way, but its really hard to prove.

The biggest reason is that if we had had more secretive
administrations, we probably wouldn't know about it.

No, Bush has the dubious distinction of being both
secretive AND inept.
