It literally takes 10 minutes to change oil (well, if the mechanics any good!), maybe you could ring the dealership and explain to them you need it doing so you can extend your warranty, but have a lot going on, could they do it while you wait? I think that would be the best thing, else you will still end up either losing your extended warranty, or paying for an oil change after you've done it yourself?

oil tank? you mean oil pan? depending on how old, you can get one at a junk yard for dirt cheap, just make sure to clean off the old gasket on the new pan and clean off any gasket on the bottom of your car. If you have a new car, you will probably have to go to the dealership and pay an arm and a leg, seriously, it could cost more than $100.

i have never heard of there being an oil "tank" on a car, however oil tanks for diesal or seperate containers cost about $60...but if your talking about an oil cooler, those cost about $50,if your talking about an oil pan, those cost $30 new,$15 at the junk yard...

Very common on VW's with their cast aluminum pans. We just hit 'em with a TIG welder and bolt them back in!
Since we can't read minds, we can't really help.

If the car doesn't move you've probably already ruined the engine.
