For a specific answer, try to get a book (at your library or a book store) called OVERSTREET'S COMIC BOOK PRICE GUIDE. It has plenty of comic book titles and their approximate prices according to condition. I can tell you your copy won't be worth much other than a little more than cover price, maybe a dollar more if you're lucky, as Ghost Rider during the early 90's was a common comic. The original series from the 70's is far more valuable.

The value of a comic is more than title and issue, although these do factor into to equation. The condition of the comic is also important.
I would recommend looking at an online comic store such as www.milehighcomics.com for a rough "rule-of-thumb". Compare the prices between sites to work out an average.

I don't know the actual name but there is a comic book price guide that I'm sure you could find if you talked to your local comic store owner. It gives ratings from 1-10 and the corresponding values.
