Yes. They should have their hair shaved, and they should be required to attend a class for 6 months on the importance of not having hair that makes you look like a douchebag.

oh my gosh YES!!!!! I scream bloody murder whenever I see an old dude wearing one of those!!! I think the punishment should either be they have to shave there head or wear a mullet wig for the rest of there life (which wont be long!!!)
