With back injuries you need a firm supporting bed. Water beds tend to move too much and can aggravate the injury. Even the waveless types are not recommended by orthopaedic and spinal surgeons

NO....i can tell you from experience..I had a water bed for years , i had already had a back injury from long back and the heat really helped ,but I started having problems, especially when i was found to have Fibromylgia , a muscle, connective tissue disorder..we finally had to get ride of it and get a regular mattress, i really miss the heat, it would have been great for all the muscle cramps and pain, but we did get a goose feather mattress and its very comfortable, it just has to be fluffed every time you change sheets but it worth it , it just so comfortable.

water beds are the worst type of bed u can have when u have a back problem. u need a proper chiropractic bed. u can get them from all good bed retailers. they may be more expensive then the rest, but they are the best for ur back.
