so with my temp check book am i able to use it? at like stores..would i have to write my info at the top?sorry new at this

most stores won't take temp checks it shouldn't take long to get the real ones.

Alot of stores will not accept "temp checks" also known as "starter checks" but policies vary from store to store. Usually you would write your name, address some stores will ask for a phone number as well.

YES, you can use them like the normal checks, but a lot of places don't like temp checks. If you have an address stamp or address labels stamp/sitck them on the spot where your name and address would normally appear and you will have less hassles from merchants about the fact that they are temp checks..

Most stores these days will not accept "counter checks" or starter checks. If you can find one, they will want proof of address as well.
