Try using potatoes, they worked for me. I tried the cucumber slices and it was horrible, the juice got right into my eyes even thogh I kept my eyes tightly shut! And it cause my eyes to be very itchy and turning red. Make sure when using the potatoes that you only use it on the area that is puffy. Either above the eyes or under. Don't put directly or lay on eyes or it will cause the juice to get in.

I agree that sliced cucumber pieces placed on closed eyes for at least 15 minutes WILL help reduce the swelling. Also, try drinking more water daily and getting at least one to two more hours of sleep a night. Good luck!

A good one that I tried after being sceptical was to wet a teabag, put it in the freezer for about ten minutes, then pop it on the puffiness. It did work for me, and you don't have to spend any money!
