I found Prince to be dull, almost like he is loosing his "it" factor. I almost get the feeling he is getting too old to perform and loosing his stamina. And he always has the same performances. The dancing ladies, etc. I think someone younger and fresher should have been given the Super Bowl half time gig. Someone more popular and mainstream. Prince is just too...yesterday.

It has been better. I was also too interested in watching the dancers to see if they would fall. Prince is good but i think he has lost some of what used to make him so unique and popular. It definatly didn't match up to the year of the Janet/Justin controversy that for sure! But i think the producers or whoever organises the superbowel needs to look at having multiple artists and possibly younger artists. I am not saying that older artists aren't any good, they could have a good blend (remember Aerosmith with Britney and N'Sync?)

Prince is a curiosity. He hasn't had a hit since the early 90s, yet there he was on the biggest stage imaginable. He should thank Dave Chappelle for bringing him back due to his Prince and basketball skit.
The half-time show sucked. Prince sucks. So did the Stones last year and McCartney before that. I think it should be a rotation between U2, Aerosmith, AC/DC, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Give us fun bands who rock. No lip-syncing popstars. We want live bands who sing into their microphones. No Janet Jackson. No Brittney Spears (like she'll ever reach that level again). No Madonna. Rock. Next year AC/DC, then lets have U2 again. Their's was the best halftime show I've ever seen.

definitely blew chunks. And chunks is my dog. Besides the fact that Prince also toned down alot of his songs and wont sing some altogether now, because of turning in to a Mormon. I think I would have enjoyed a N Sync concert more

I love Prince, but I'm of his generation, but I do understand your comment. I would have liked to see some of his more recent stuff or just sing the old stuff and make it a great show. It was probably difficult to get too good of a show because of the pouring rain. I thought Fergie was going to do the half-time show. Even though I'm older, I LOVE her and think she is very entertaining.

the belief replaced into large. The BEP did a stable combination of songs to charm to everybody, the consequences have been noticeably cool (with all the dancers), yet they flat out sounded poor. different than for some go with moments, the comprehensive team sounded poor.

I agree. He has lost his ummph and his pazazz. I was personally watching the dancers in the black spiked heeled boots to see if they were going to slip and fall because the stage was wet. And what the crap was Prince wearing on his head?
