For example, if you say, "(insert race) are the loudest race, but that's only because I've experienced it myself."

Is it still called a stereotype if it's from experience? Or are we not allowed to share our experiences just because we're scared to hurt people?

Not all stereotypes are about race or minorities, but like it or not, stereotypes exist for a reason, and there are a lot of stereotypical people, both negative and positive. Just keep an open mind and remember everyone is an individual.

Yes it is still a stereotype and now it is becoming predjudice and may soon move into racism.

Predjudice means judging people before you meet them. You cannot assume that all of one people are anything... that means you are judging another based on one's actions or in most cases ones presumed actions. Even if you experienced something yourself you cannot rightfully judge an entire culture or ethnic group based on what you have seen a few individuals do.

And you should have compassion for other's feelings. Do you want someone going around hurting you?
