i actually meet my bf online first.. sparks frm the internet, then by phone, then finally wen we met, we fell in love thru the eyes and heart of each other.. i wud lurve to hear y'all stories..

actually its a funny story.... my mom and his mom were best friends when they were pregnant for us and once they found out they were have oppisite sexes they always thought it would be awesome for us to grow up and get married... we never really hung out till we were 16... that when i noticed i had feelings for him... we never did anything about those feeling till we were 22 now were 24 and still together....

I met my (now) husband when I placed an ad in the paper for a parrot I was selling. He bought the bird, then later called to let me know how the bird was doing and asked in a by-the-way fashion if I had a bf. I was seeing someone at the time, but knew the guy I was seeing wasn't "the one". I ended up talking to my current bf about it, breaking up, then invited my husband over for a home-cooked meal with my family (I was still living at home). We never lived together, but dated 5 years before getting married ... celebrating our 22nd anniversary this Spring :-)

We worked together. He was the new guy. I had gotten out of a 2 year relationship about 2 months before and we just clicked. I asked him if he wanted to come over and hang out at my place (it was halloween, lol) and we stayed up all night talking. I kid you not. We stayed up until 8 am when he went home. No kissing, just talking. It was amazing. I have never been able to talk to anyone like I can with him. A year and a half later, we're living together and our relationship gets stronger everyday. We even have a cat named Madeline. :)

I saw my husband standing in the concession line at the local theater. I was new to the area and wanted to ask a question, so I approached him and asked. As it turned out, he was doing some work at the school where I taught, and came to my classroom to discuss the topic the next Monday. Within 5 months we were married. Feb. 8th is the 4th anniversary of that question ... and we celebrate it every year.

My husband was shooting a movie he'd written and needed some extras for a party scene.
He was a friend of my boyfriend at the time. I thought he was the most beautiful young man I had ever laid eyes on, but I was way too young for him. Bided my time for a few years as his friend until I was more mature.
We've been married 28 years.

My ex and I met through mutual friends. My friend was dating his friend and neither one of them had a car, my ex had a car and I had a car so when we would go we would usually meet up some place after work...he would drive his friend, I would drive my friend, and since he was rooming with his friend his friend would usually take his car if he and the girl he was dating wanted to go someplace else. We just got so used to being "thrown together" so often that we started dating...Later on our lives took different paths...my friend and the guy she was seeing broke up, he got in trouble with the law and after he went to jail we didn't hear from him anymore. My friend met and married someone else...and...well obviously my ex and I got married...and later divorced...

we both worked at the same store. he was really cute, i was pretty shy, he asked if he could drive me home, i said yes, and the rest is history! and i do mean history.........1968!
he is still really cute, i'm not quite as shy and he still drives me home every night.
