How about if you got a "final written warning" from your employer.
It worked for me!!!

Smoke Crack. I wouldn't really advise you of this personally but I hear it is really effective.
Now if you are wanting to get motivated and meet NORMAL people then I would suggest focusing on the diet. High protiens, low fat and plenty of fiber. Do this for just a week and notice that you are starting to get up before the alrm even goes off in the morning. Train your self to a regiment in the morning. "A routine" if you will, such as turning on the news, having a cup of coffee and doing a crossword puzzle. something entertaining and it will make getting up in the morning seem more like something you like to do rather than something you have to do.

I can hardly get motivated, and its good you seek help, this is a good sign that you want to change to the better. nothing wrong asking here, just chill its the internet.
well I am not going to advice you to go on diet or eat healthy cause you will say ya ya and will not simply care.
caue you cant be asked, I know how you feel exactly so dont worry its a normal thing.
well what I am doing these days, I do things that interest me, if I am bored and lazy.
I do interesting things that make me happy. if you are happy, you will get motivated.
ask for help speak to your family to help u get out of your butt :D
I will give you examples of things that makes me happy, I dont know what can make you happy, you will need to
find your self.
happiness actions:
-shopping, buy small simple things, if u have no money, no need to spend alot, buying a toy, makeup, new exotic lamp shade to your bedroom, top
anything you can afford, just go shopping enjoy, go to kfc. thats what I did yesterday.
i spent £2 in kfc and bought nice pillo, and lamp shade for my room for £4 pillo and 99p for lamp shade.
i was happy cause I broke the routine, change your life my friend.
-go to resturants, it does not matter if alone.
-go to cinema
etc
dont blame yourself or feel guilty for being lazy. its normal.
all the best

First of all don't do the crack thing - can't believe it was followed up by good advice!
From what I have seen best ways to motivation are falling in love ( though there is the risk of being totally droopy/dreamy when HE is not around), or.. you've guessed it - REEEligion!
People who thoroughly believe in themselves, as opposed to Mr Big, are also full of pep and viiiitality. Maybe you should O.D. on the vitamin cupboard contents.
Can't tell you how to get there though as I'm pretty droopy myself these days. Good luck Comrade.

Before going to bed, make a list of 3 three cool things that happened that day....then 3 REALLY cool things you would like to happen tomorrow, as you think about these, really let your imagination go wild!!
As you drop off to sleep, these thoughts will be enough to get your mind thinking about new possibilities....
When you wake up in the morning, have a quick read of the 3 REALLY cool things, and then go off and enjoy your day....the seed has been planted!!!!

Nikki,
No one can help you with getting motivation, this has to come from within you. You need to decide what you want to do.and set some goals. Then you need to make up your mind to attain them. Make yourself a list of the things you want to accomplish, making each step a single item, then decide which are most important to you and put them in order according to what is most important to you. Mark off each step as you complete it and before you know it, you will have them completed and need to make a new list. As you see yourself making progress, that in itself may help to motivate you to get the next step completed.

Some people are born like it. If you try very hard to get motivated you may feel like torture. Seek psycho consultation. There could be hidden reasons and you probably would not know.
