If I but a sidekick 3 off the Internet from T-mobile when do I have to pay for it?

will a man deliver it to my house and then I have to pay or do I pay it off later? and one more thing from t-mobile the sidekick said that it is on sale for $ 200 is it lying

I have a brand new sk3 in the box for $200. Shipping will be $15. Get back to me if you or anyone else wants it!!! I've been trying to sell it for a while. I even have pics and everything!!
