I am an organ donor. I would donate any organ for my family or friends now. My son passed away 6 months ago ( 7 yrs old ) and he saved two people. A superhero in life and a super hero in death!!

I would do bone marrow but organs? I need most of the ones I've got. I would give a kidney to my family. That is the only organ I can think of that you have 2 of that you can do ok with only one. Eyes, nope. Lungs, nope.
