Just curious... what's the on-going feud between Al Franken & Bill O'Reilly about?

"Nothing." What kind of answer is that? I'll never understand why people who have no interest in giving helpful, informative answers waste their time by posting on here!

They're entertainers doing what entertainers do - entertaining.
It's rather absurd that you put this under journalism. Neither of them are journalists, or anything near it.

O'Reilly and Franken have been insulting each other for a long time now. It sort of came to a head when Al Franken's book Lies and the Lying Liars That Tell Them came out. In it, Franken called O'Reilly a "lying splotchy bully". Well...the rest is history.
Of course, Franken's right, but oh well...

These are two bellicose and uninformed entertainers sniping at each other like a couple of kids during recess -- one an extreme liberal and the other an extreme conservative. This ridiculous liberal vs. conservative argument always amuses me. Given the complexity of both moral and political issues, it's quite simplistic and silly to categorize views and people as simply liberal or conservative. Survey after survey reveals that few people are either extreme liberals or extreme conservatives. Most people are moderates, centrists, or independents.
