You can travel anywhere you chose to travel and you can do it safely. Just use your common sense. Drive during the daytime, carry a cell phone. Don't go out at night alone. Don't wander into unsafe looking territory. Let someone know where you are. Most of all, have fun!

In America? America is a very violent country so why don't you travel elsewhere? Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, most of Europe, Canada........

how bout switzerland.. as i know that's the safest country in this world..
actually, there's an alternative Singapore..
but being a white woman in Asia sometimes just too attractive to be burglared.. the stereotype for Western is that they have lot money when they're travellin..

Most places in America are relatively safe but you should not travel by yourself. Go with friend(s) theres safety in numbers.
