If you're using the new IE. Click tools at the top of the screen. Select internet options. Then click delete. A box will pop up select delete all files, click OK. If you are using an older version of IE click tools/ internet options. click delete on this page. When the next window pops up check off the box to delete off line items/ hit OK. You will also see clear history near the bottom of the window click that. After you have deleted off line files and history you can clear your cookies. Click settings/ view files. Here you will see a list of all the places you have been. You can highlight them all by clicking edit (at the top of that window). From the drop down click select all. Once all of the items are highlighted right click on them and click delete. You will see a warning asking if you want to delete cookies click OK. Now you have cleared all of your internet secrets. If you are using Mozilla. Click tools/ clear private data. Check off all that apply and click clear private data now. I hope this helps.

If your internet explorer appears on desktop and it's not just an ordinary shortcut (without the tiny arrow symbol on the lower left of the icon), just select and right-click it.

Then, select properties then on the frame named 'temporary internet files' click delete cookies, delete files, delete files again (make sure you checked the delete all offline files). In the history tab, click delete history. Then, click apply and then ok and you're done!!!

If you can't see internet explorer on your desktop, you can just open internet explorer and click toos in the menu bar and then select internet options. Then you can just follow the instructions above on the second paragraph.
