ACTION FIGURES OF THE MID-TO-LATE 1990's: KB Toys "Ninja Police" look, similar to Power Rangers?

Had weapon attachments on the hands, armor, jetpacks, etc. A white one, a green one, etc. silver snaps on the forearm. Please help

ahhhhhh yes the Ninja Police action figures did look Similar to Power Rangers and there was another one that that was also similar that series of action figures was called Kinkumen Riders

As near as I can remember Kinkumen Riders kinda started that whole movement for those kinda action figures and shows
