This is the list that AOL gave a while ago that shows the best and worst drivers by sign, starting from the worst (#1) to the best (#12).

10. Sagittarius
11. Scorpio [and Capricorn in last position as the best drivers]

Top two offending signs were pisces and gemini, the two best signs were Scorpio and capicorn.
