Cold seasons are a trying time. If you keep sneezing, your tummy will begin to feel sore and of course you'll worry if your baby is feeling any of it. Realistically, he/she is protected in a bag of water and has no idea what really is going on besides the fun feeling of floating back and forth when you sneeze. You cannot miscarry from it. Congratulations !!!

Don't worry! You will be fine! A sneeze is not going to make you have a miscarriage! Try to calm down and enjoy this time. It might help you to go get a couple of pregnancy books for you to reference in cases like this...especially during your first pregnancy! It helps to have something to look at that will give you reassurance that all is fine with your little one!

I have always liked "Your Pregnancy Week by Week". It has a new chapter for every single week of your pregnancy and tells you what is going on with your baby and your body both. Even my husband enjoys it and finds it helpful!

No need to worry honey. I am 31 weeks into my first pregnancy and I get that little twinge every time I sneeze too. It also happens when I cough, laugh to hard, or move to quickly. Also, do not worry I ask silly questions all of time too, it just shows you are a concerned mommy and there is nothing wrong with that.

Yes, this is perfectly normal. What you experienced is known as round ligament pain. You'll feel them a bit as your uterus grows larger. They are something of a sharp pain and worrisome until you know what they are.

I would hold a small pillow against my stomach whenever I had to cough or sneeze. That helped alot.

Don't worry hun, it's probably just because your ligements are getting thinner and stretching. It'll hurt, but you'll be okay. I know when I first moved wrong and it hurt really bad I was really worried, but my doctor assured me that it's alright, and completely normal.

there are no stupid questions when it has something to do with your pregnancy.but no sneezing wont cause you to miscarry.but later in your pregnancy it can cause you to pee yourself.
