If it is in the form of a cell( drawn and painted on clear acetate and usually protected with a matte and it come with authenticity papers and is signed by the Original artist, yes...buy it! otherwise if it is just a rendition by an unknown, wannabe animation artist/copyist, I wouldn't spend the money, unless you just like it and don't care about "investment" quality art, which usually increases in value, over time, and can be sold to a collector at considerable profit.
