Often, when I pee, semen comes out. This only (as far as I can remember, only happens when I poop). Why does this happen? Is it normal? It even does it if I have ejaculated recently.

You may need to go to the health department to be checked for a STD, if you have been sexually active with a partner, that has been with other partners. This may be pus and not semen.

After ejaculating and you still see semen, then you might have a problem. I suggest that you see a doctor.
