Im thinking about going to learn a bit about food and whats good for me, has anyone ever been to one or both of these? What did you think, were they helpful? Linda

Yes, they will take your full history of what you eat, the activity you do, your age and any medical problems you may have and go from there. Have fun and good luck. A dieitian be the best to go to for now.

ive been to naturopath a cupla times and they were great. they can look in ur eyes and tell u what body parts are lacking nutrients etc.

I found that all holistic modalities really helped me! When it comes to diet, what helped me was a blood type diet.
