Basing from your own experience, please.
To me,most blacks seem to be the loudest and curses the most. Next would be the rude Latinos.

It's not a stereotype if it's from experience. Why can't you just answer the question? I never said ALL blacks and Latinos are loud. It's from my own experience.

I think the blacks are definately the loudest. They know how to cut loose and have an awesome time! The asians are the quietest. They're so reserved and respectful.

I think it is all in how you are raised. I have dated men of all races and I will say the black men I dated were way more outspoken than the white men I have dated. I don't usually hear black men curse though. At least the ones I dated. The hispanics that I know are usually pretty quiet. However I have noticed the up and coming generations, regardless of race, and me only being 30, are some of the rudest most obnoxiuos people ever. They are extremely disrespectful and ignorant.
But I think they is even prejudice amongst people's own races. I can remember a light skinned black girl telling the darker skinned black girls in high school, that she was prettier than them because she was lighter. I also work as a supervisor in customer service and had a customer ask to be transferred to me because I was white and she did not want to talk to a black person. The kicker was she was black!! I told her that any of my agents could assist her regardless of color and she could not refuse their service if she were to call in again because she happened to get a black person.

Well, let's see... speaking as a white person (Canadian, but white nonetheless) I can say without question that whites have by far done the most damage to this planet than any loud, cursing African American or any rude Latino. Race issues should not be grouped. We all need to be treated and judged based on us as individuals, not as one entity.

The Chinese and Japanese seem the quietest. The Blacks and Radical Muslims seem the most vociferous and the easiest insulted. Political Correctness is a disease that is killing our country. Eventually people will return to "freedom of expression" for all people including you and me.

You can't group one ethnic group into one category, there are loud people of all races, quiet people of all races
