I was concerned because I ignored all aspects of my life other than a slavish devotion to points. That was until I saw the leaderboards.... Man, some of these people must get paid to do this!

I don't really worry about it, but there are times that I spend too much time on here. I actually learn a lot on this site. It's not all good, mind you. I also like to think that I help someone along the way, although I'm probably the only who thinks that. But tonight I told a lot of people about the great singer Frankie Laine dying today, and I learned about the archaeological find in Italy of the two skeletons of an apparently young couple who were buried together about 5000 years ago during the Neolithic period. They were HUGGING each other. So that made it worthwhile to be on the site today. Remember, the leaderboards aren't important. Do you have fun, do you learn something, do you teach something while on Y/A ? Earn enough points to allow you to enjoy the site.

I'm not worried I spend too much time on Yahoo Answers. I only have 2 accounts, and one's in the thousands, and this one's in the hundreds. But I only go on every now and then. I'm not on 24/7, like some people. Just look at Yahoo Answers as a way of relaxation of sharing your knowledge and asking the world any information you want to know.

I spent too much time on yahoo answers first I started using it and I was a bit worried but through the times it got less and less and now I am not worried any more because I am only on answers when I have free time ..

I WISH I got paid to do this! I'd be making better money here than at my real job! I know I spend a lot of time here, but that's because I like it here...I've never worried too much about it; it's just my latest fun thing to do is all ;)

I could give a ratt's butt about the points. nice to find a little way to help somebody out with what I've learned...and sometimes the ones that come up at the bottom of the screen are...guilty pleasures.

For me,it's just something to kiil the time with,get a few laughs,and every now and then...actually help someone.I don't care too much about the points.Except when I get violations for stupid things.
