I had a bad combination of food today. Never again will that combination be put together! Anyway, does lemon and alot of water work? I know mint is for stomach aches. What else is there?

I want something natural. By tomorrow morning I don't want to have this problem. I already know about fruits and veggies.

Ginger grated, ginger tea, drink plenty of fluids and steer away from oniond, garlic and high acid foods for now.
Ginger sooths the digestive tract and therefore relieves the flatulence.
Also, eating yogurt with added cultures such as acidophulus too

Your problem is poor digestion, not the food you are eating. You need to fix the digestion problem and your other problem will disappear automatically.

I am assuming you are over the age 25. As we age, our bodies produce less and less HCL that breaks our food down in the digestion process. This problem is further aggravated because we do not eat raw food, but cooked food and processed foods that use up our supply of HCL rapidly. This leaves us with rotting food that produces lactic acid as it ferments. The fermentation process is further aggravated by bad bacteria that is growing to help the fermentation process.

The more the gas smells, the more the food is rotting!

If you take antacids to stop the "acid indigestion," you are promoting the problem and creating a haven for disease in your intestines. Antacids neutralize the stomach acid and the lactic acid from the rotting food, leaving your intestines full of rotting food that creates toxins, constipation, diahrrea, and other intestinal wonderment.

The simple solution to your issue is to take Betaine HCL + a potassium (activator) after each meal. This will add stomach acid to your system that will aid in the digestion process. Additionally, if you do this 3 - 5 times per day, you will notice that your stomach will go down and you will feel better. People will notice. If you also take a good probiotic, this will allow your intestines to be filled with good bacteria.

Lemon is very acidic and may make your tummy worse, mint tea really does work you can also try a red(roobis) tea, celestial seasonings makes one and if you can get to a place that only sells tea and the tea leaves, those would be better.
Gas x or gas x with maalox will work and is probably the only thing that will work quick!!! You can buy that at any store that sells over the counter meds. Hope you feel better and good luck!

Depending on what you ate..... I would go for some "Beano" as it has helped me in the past many times. Should be taken with the food but I found it works well afterward as well.
Another something for immediate relief is to drink LOTS of water. This should help dilute things.

The funny thing about this question is where I am from, its kinda a competition to see who has the worst smelling farts. If I were you, I would walk through the mall and when you see a couple holding hands, walk behind them and release the fumes. Then watch their reaction. If you catch it on tape, you may be able to make a few dollars off of it.

They sell activated charcoal capsules at the GNC store (or local vitamin shop). That is good for digestive/bad gas problems. However, that is just for your future reference. Probably can't get it and take it in time for it to be effective for tomorrow. Good luck.

Stop eating meat -- it decays in your body like rotting flesh, so the farts don't smell that good...

Stay away from other known problem foods: onions, garlic, raisins, beans.

If that doesnt work, go see a fartologist. I'm glad I dont know you.

Go poop! force it out! take herbal chinese medicine and crap it all out and you will be fine =D... Warning on the herbal chinese medicine, you have to boil like sticks and stuff you buy from the herb shops (chinese) then filter all the sticks and stuff then drink it *WARNING ITS BLACK AND IT TASTE LIKE CRAP* or just find someway to poo it all out
