It's starting to seem pulled out of their a$$! No wonder the second season bombed! Mystery after mystery gets boring and ANNOYING! If they don't start getting their act together this once terrific show will not last.

I agree and that really sucks because my husband and myself love that show. It is getting hard to follow though. Hopefully this season they will answer questions and not keep you guessing the whole time.

They are all in purgatory, and Shannon, Boone, Artz, and the pilot are coming back to fly home. Hurley loses weight and joins a swinger club with the Others!

people want instant gratification these days....
I think LOST has doled out enough stuff to keep me hooked at least...
the monster is the black smoke thing... they aren't just pulling something else out of their hats....
also there was some sort of "monster" in the first season that was heard crashing through the jungle...
