If you mean the Preliminary English Test, as far as I know it's scored the same as the other Cambridge Exams, ie, A, B, C, fail.

A good score on the PET would mean you have a low-intermediate level of English.

Is it the same as when a man scores? Sorry, I am such a dirty old lady. Is pet score the rating for the breed of an animal/pet? The personality, upkeep, and so on, it seems would be the pet score.
