is the 35% that inmates are talking about real or not?

ok.... le me be a little more specific my boyfriend is on his way to prison, and he saw that a law was passed for inmates only doing 35% of there time for first time prisoners... it kind of sounded fishy but i thought since men prisons are soo packed that they are trying anything

What are you talking about? 35% of innocent people? 35% of a certain race.? 35% of inmates having sex? You need to say!

When he gets to prison he will be made aware of his anticipated parole date, that should answer your question.
On the web y ou will be able to pull it up under(your state)dept of corrections, inmate search, find your Honey, page down and look up his parole date.

I no for a fact with good behaver time can be cut down.
