Check some sources from Eli Lilly the drug company. This company is renowned for animal testing and abuse. Hope this helps

You need to do some research here... And you need primary and secondary CREDIBLE sources, which you will not find here on Yahoo Answers.

To help guide your research, start asking yourself questions (that you will research answers for), such as: How important are the tests that are being conducted? If they serve an important function (such as disease research) are there any viable alternatives to using animals for the testing? How much time would it cost to stop animal testing and look for an alternative test candidate?
If the product being tested is NOT medically important, how much would it cost that company to find an alternative test candidate?

You need to locate companies that actually do employ animal testing and see if you can either interview someone there, or find out as much about that company as you can.

Also, contact environmental awareness groups, the Human Society, and other animal welfare watch groups. They probably have a WEALTH of info and statistics that will help you with your paper.

Good luck!!
