When I am alone
i always feel safe
it is just the house
part i have not got yet.
For now my house is my heart
But eventually that will
happen some day.
thanks

Yup, I definitely feel safe. And it is not just the Springfield Armory .45 auto pistol with 14 rounds in the gun, no, it's not even the M4 carbine with 8 30 round magazines loaded with some of the hottest ammo availabe.
It's more than that, it's my love for all humanity and my absolute knowledge that if anybody tries to break in, I can hit them so many times that the coroner will strain the remains for fingerprints.
That kind of gives me a Zen-like feeling of relaxation as I sit and enjoy Yahoo Answers P&S..

Yes.....my personal Department of Homeland Secuity...I have a big dog (first warning) and a loaded 12 guage shot gun. You don't even have to be a good shot to hit something with a 12 guage. I'm a 56 year old woman and I feel perfectly safe!

Yes I do. I have a pistol in my desk and it's loaded. I dare anyone to come into my house when I'm alone or they'll get carried out by the coroner! Oh, no kids in the house, so I can keep it loaded.

Yeah sure. I live in a big apartment building and sometimes if I hear weird people in the hall or on the roof, I get a little nervous but I have a bat, mace and knives if they try to bust in.

Yes I do now but when I was younger I was scared to be home alone. Like when I 1st moved out of my parents home.

I am NEVER all alone where I live; I live in a nine story dorm, so yeah, I always feel pretty safe.
