I nerver heard of this kind of air Conditioner. If you have one can you give me some info on it. How good they work. Pros and Cons of getting one. Thanks.

I have one at my home here in Michigan. I LOVE IT.
They way it works is that the air conditioner itself is inside your place and there is a tube that attaches to it that is attached to a platelet that you put in your window. The platelet is adjustable for any window type and I love it especially since we just got new windows.
It does a really good job at cooling our house down in a quick and efficient way. The cool air is usually pointed toward the ceiling at my place so that it can bring down the hot air and cool the room faster.
The only con that i could see with getting one is the loss of space on you floor and the power usage. That's pretty much it.

The military is using a version of them in Iraq and Afganistan. They work great.
