Clinton recently announced that she wants to take the profits of big oil? If she can take money from companies, which in essence is taking money from numerous shareholder's, employees, executives, and ultimately the consumers of big oils' products (for those of you who understand anything about economics), then why can't we take her excess book deal profits?

Hillary Clinton is all for herself. She's a skilled deceiver who tries to make people think she is doing the things she does in the best interest of the country, but we all know that she is self-serving, and she is only out for power and gain.

If she were to take the profits of any company, not just oil companies, then what future is there for American workers and businesses? Why not just have a dictator here instead of an elected government?

Politicians, especially the likes of Hillary Clinton, think that American taxpayer and consumer money is theirs to use as they please. Whenever they want more, they take more, and find a creative way to sell the idea to the American people. In the meantime, the average American worker is neck high in credit debt, just to buy groceries!

Did you hear of the Federal Judge who complained that he "could not survive" on his $220,000 per year salary? Poor thing, how WILL he live? What about the single Mom out there trying to make it on minimum wage and supporting her kids?

As for Hillary's book deal..... I'm in total agreement with you! Let's see if she can digest a little of her own medicine! ( Yeah right! She's a lawyer, do you not think she left a loophole in there for herself? )

Best wishes!

Liberals are 'do as I say, not as I do' people. Taxes are for the little people to pay. They think that the government can confiscate everyone else's money but theirs.

It doesn't matter. I'm sure the profits are safe from the tax man at the First National Bank of Turks and Caicos...or is it the 3rd Socialist Bank of Venezuela?

Probably because her form of socialism is to take from every one else, not actually to surrender her own money for the "good" of society.

She is pandering to the Far left, she wants to win back their far loony left votes (the ones she lost when she did what she thought was right, only to discover the far left does not care about whats right). But i think if she keeps going done this path she will be as far to the left as Obama and well we will have another Republican President.

I feel she would donate any windfalls, she is like that. And the big oil company's will gladly cooperate with the little bit of money she would ask for.

Because our nation is not a socialist one, and Hillary will find that out, sooner or later.

She would fight that tooth & nail. She is only generous with other people's money, not her own.
