i have joined in rich-mails.net as a free member and paid $199 via paypal on 12.12.2006 for upgrading my free membership to diamond membership as they say the payout would be done in 2 days but i didnot receive either the upgrade information or payout information but i am receiving the mails till today and i am attending to it because the account shoud be active Please guide me as i am in urgent need of money

i think that it is a scam.i joined a site like that and got cheated once,you shouldn't have paid them any money..the only site that have really paid me is mylot.it doesn't pay much if you don't work hard.
