Here is a nifty little program to manage your cookies. I think it's way easier than doing it the "regular way". And you can select which cookies you want to keep. You make lists of which cookies you want to keep and which ones to delete. Any cookie you never want to keep will be deleted automatically the next time it appears. It's free. I've used it through a few computers. Requires IE4 or higher.

I delete unwanted cookies every night, or after visiting a new website as it seems to cut down on popup ads. Two clicks and I'm done.

1. Tools
2. Internet Options
3. Delete
4. Cookies

These steps may not be word for word because they are different on every web browser. (IE. Internet 7.0 vs. Firefox)
