Nap time is always forced in my workplace, of course I am a stay at home mom.

I think naptime should be enforced at my workplace no matter what.

Nah, you can't force them to nap. Just duct tape them high up on the wall, until they calm down. Remember you must ignore their pleas , until they are ready to act reasonable.
