Can deaf/mute babys cry?

Yes they can, I was borned deaf. My mom told me I sure did cry.

I've never actually seen a deaf baby, but one that is deaf isn't neccesairily mute. If indeed a child was a mute, they couldn't make sounds because the brain or vocal cord doesn't function properly to allow sound through. But a child that was deaf only could cry out loud, while a mute child would just scrunch up and look like they're crying, getting all red in head, etc.

No mute babies can not cry. Deaf babies do.

Yes deaf children can. children who are deaf have trouble with speech only because they do not have the feedback of other voices to push them on towards speech like hearing children do.

Yes. Deaf just means they cant hear it doesnt mean they cant cry.

Of course silly!!! :) they are just like normal babies, they just can't hear, it's a babys way of communicating with the world, just like babies who can hear! :) It's there VOICE at that age, as they get older they learn sign lanuage.

yes. deaf people choose not to talk. it is not that they cant. they just feel it is easyier to talk with ASL.
