Yes! Great food, low prices, change of scenery...not to mention the beaches.
And really, no place is that safe.

Its safe if you stay in the high tourist traffic areas.
I live about an hour from Nogales..but I don't go there. Unless you want trinket type crap.

i would go to the tourist spots like cancun and puerto viarta (sp?)... but no where else
