Many works/ much work?

Much work.
Many works.

Pls adv, which one is correct ? or are both of them correct ?

you need more to explain the problem here? what it for?

I would say "Many work"

but if you're saying it like this.. "I have so much work" then it is that one

but if its "Many work for a living" type of thing, that its that. You don't explain what the context is for.

also, "Many works of art are displayed"

Work takes the plural if you are talking about many works of art as in pieces of art and that is often heard when going to an art gallery which may have many works on display. But if you are thinking of work as the verb form for job or employment than the answer should be much work because that is something uncountable.

It depends on the usage. A man might do much work over his life, and create many works of art.

Many is the term to use if you are referring to individual items when discussing works, where as work is singular, even if it is discussing a lot, so much should be used.

My name is Abdulrahmen. I came here to America about two years ago. I came here to study English. I am from Jeddah Saudi Arabia. I am interested in your University because it offers a lot of options for me. My major is Engineering.
I have good chances of fulfilling my job interests, if I complete my education.
I wish to attend fall quarter in 2014. I need to complete a large amount of academic classes to help with career opportunities. My study of interest is mechanical engineering. I like math and physics. I need to complete four years in a university and I must graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering.
where I live in Saudi Arabia there are many companies in this field to work for. Some of these companies are rapidly advancing in the field of clean energy, as we all know that we are depleting the world of its natural recourses. Every country is guilty of this. I hope to learn as much as I can for generations to come as my children and my children's children will need a healthy environment.
Some of these companies offer great opportunities for students; such as a scholarship to continue your education while you are working. I think here in America it is called an internship. These are companies like SaudiAmerico, Sabic,and Petro Rabigh.
Some of the jobs I could get involve a vast majority of physical work such as; cleaning and fixing machines or maybe even in the design of some machines.
I really look forward to meeting you and I hope that I can be a part of the Alumni for your school.
