Does anyone know where the rest stops are along the I-5. I am driving from San Diego to San Francisco and will need spots to rest along th way, any suggestions?

There's a great list of them at the caltrans site.

It tells you the name and location as well as what features each has, including Rest Room, Water, Picnic Tables, Phone, Handicapped Access, RV Station, Vending, Pet Area, Longitude and Latitude
