80's synth song?

This may or may not be 80's, but the synth sounds exactly like manheim steamroller. Either the chorus or the bridge goes like

"oh oh oh oh oh... oh oh oh oh oh oh", (that exact number of oh's, with that pause in that place"

A synth plays that exact same riff too in that song.
