Most HD dealers will not, they usually wont even take in used Harleys if they are more than a few years old or very rare and special. You would be better off with Ebay, Craigs list, Cycle Trader, or even an add in the local paper. You will find that even the Honda dealer probably would not be interested if it is more than a couple years old.

Probably not. Most harley dealers don't do much of a used bike business, especially a used honda.

You'd be better off selling it yourself, get more for it.

Your chances of them taking it are slim to none. Sell it on your own. If you found a dealer who would take it, you'd get next to nothing for it. If you don't want to go through the hassle of selling it yourself with an add in the paper, eBay, etc., try donating it to a charity. Some take vehicles and then auction them off. They let you know what it sold for and you deduct it on your income taxes.

None of the dealers in my area will.

But if you can wait till warm weather, you will get a much better price for it and maybe make someone very happy with a good deal.
