i was watching this guy on tv and he said drinking cows pee or your own pee is good for the skin and kidneys. but i was wondering how can it be good for the body since its waste?
not that im gonna start drinking, but just wondering what you think of this??

I never heard of human and cows pee being good for the skin or kidneys as far as that goes. When is comes to urine, well urine is STERILE!!! and there's no bacteria in it!!! So it won't hurt you if you do drink it, but I would only drink it only in survival situations only! But a person has to pee a little out first before he does that.
