i think she left to go to college. after a while she came back....i think it was for the last season of roseanne. i do agree that the 2nd becky brought nothing to the show!

Eventually, Lecy came back. In one episode, Roseanne warned her that "you can be replaced." Roseanne could NOT have been replaced. Neither could John, Laurie, or Sara. Strange, but true. Can you imagine Dan or Jackie or Darlene being portrayed by any other actors? I can't.

Did you just now notice this? The original Becky did come back for the last season. btw: The original Becky was terrible! I think she's living under a bridge somewhere along with Tina Yothers.
