Straight answer is that you might only lose five pounds at most by not eating. By not eating your metabolism will slow and you won't burn any calories or use any of your body's exsisting fat. The best plan to lose pounds in 12 days is to eat small meals about 5 times a day. For example, eat a protein bar and an apple in the morning, followed by a bowl of fruits (like a fruit cocktail assortment) mid-morning, vegetables and a sandwich for lunch, then two meals that vary in times the rest of the day, but not eating more than a steak or chicken breast with a vegetable. Exercising should be incorporated into this routine by at least jogging for 5 minutes twice a day and if possible follow those jogs by doing crunches, push-ups, or lifting weights. But starving yourself is not good to lose weight because your body then thinks that it needs to store the fat that it has and you'll likely become sick before seeing the results.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

right this is the deal. It thoroughly relies upon on how lots you weigh first of all. I used to weigh over 4 hundred pounds, and while i could flow each week with out eating, i could lose around 15 pounds in each week. i've got in no way went 12 days, yet you will not die after not eating for 12 days like those human beings are telling you, yet you would be so susceptible you are able to extremely flow. additionally, solar will harm you (i've got experienced this)...I unquestionably do not think of a guy or woman could make it 12 days with out eating. With that stated, nevertheless, it relies upon lots on how lots you consume, simply by fact I now weigh 208, and while i flow each week with out eating i will in basic terms lose approximately 5 pounds.

When you don't eat, your body has a natural reaction called the Starvation Response which slows the metabolism way down.
If one does not eat for twelve days, I'm not sure they would lose more than 5 or 6 pounds.
Read: The Good Calorie Diet" by Philip Lipetz, Ph.D.
It describes which foods actually trick the body into losing weight while you eat "normal" foods. It's data driven, simple, & effective. Lots more fun than starving.

i can lose 2 lbs a day if i do not eat, but i have never gone 12 days. i would assume that your body would naturally conserve more energy after a day or two though. If you want to lose weight drink water and get a lot of exercise.

First know that you would lose muscle mass 60:40 to fat. Also know that approximately 1 lb of gained muscle burns an extra 100 cals per day. So if chubbyness is your enemy you would be unwise.
You could survive if you stayed hydrated and took a multivitamin. But there is no reasonable reason to do this.

if you don't eat anything you probably won't lose that much weight cause your body goes into starvation mode and mostly shuts down, but if you eat the very minimal amount and then run or do aerobic, you could lose like 20 pounds depending on how much you can stand to lose
