No. Both fractions are already simplified, and they aren't equal to each other. 3/10 of a dollar would be 30 cents, but 1/5 of a dollar would be 20 cents. However 2/10 and 1/5 would be the same.

no to your primary school question 1/5 is equal to 2/10 and is smaller than 3/10 remember 2 cones before 3 when counting. it goes 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 hope you pass primary school maths one day
