It's 4.25am and in work in a couple of hours but wide awake.

Their are two products at the health store melatonin and gaba calm. If you some cigs, they can jack you up so try cutting off 2 hours before bed. If you drink caffeine in any form, that can be a problem. If you have depression problems this not sleeping can be a symptom. I find books on tape work well your mind can only take in one thing, so I stop my own mind, and the books put me to sleep. Do you get any physical exercise, this also really helps. Good luck

It's the thought, or worry, of having to get up for work. It's a catch-22 situation, the more you think about it, the wider awake you'll be.

LOL. I was just thinking the same thing. It's 10:29 pm here. I have to get up at 6am to go to school, so I need to be hitting the sheets too.

well sleep is something you do when you need to do it maybe 10 minutes or it maybe hours and if you keep making your brain working you don't fall a sleep till your till your brain is on auto shut down and you are ill

probably best not to sleep then. i find its easier not to sleep than to grab an hour or 2. Up to u tho
